Start your day by slowing down. We will begin this class with a series of gentle poses using props to support and access our bodies. By also integrating the breath with our movements, we are able to tune into the body of the day and provide the right amount of steadiness and comfort. The practice will end with a calming meditation that will help you to stay present in the day ahead.
This class is friendly for all students of all abilities. Beginners are welcome.
What to bring: Yoga mat, pillows, bolsters, blocks, any other support item that you desire. Lots of blankets. You can never have too many blankets. Any other items you need!
