Grab your favorite candle and transcend into a nurturing weekend through this replenishing and relaxing yoga class. We will begin class with a slow yoga flow which will include a series of gentle poses using props to support and access our bodies. We will then slow down into some supportive restorative postures to release any remaining tension, and finish our class with a calming meditation that will include elements of Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep) to help ease our way into a restful night.
What to bring: Your favorite candle(s) or ambient light(s). Yoga mat, or a bed. Pillows, bolsters, blocks, any other support item that you desire. Lots of blankets. You can never have too many blankets.
