Sunset your weekend and prepare for bed through this relaxing and calming yoga class. After grounding, we will move through a series of long holds in supportive Yin and restorative postures, all while incorporating calming and wholesome breathing techniques. The class will finish with a long Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep) to ease our way into a restful sleep. Guaranteed to help you wake up refreshed and ready for the week ahead.
What to bring: Yoga mat and a bed. Pillows, bolsters, blocks, any other support item that you desire. Lots of blankets. You can never have too many blankets. Any other items you need!
